Online Credit Application
Designed and developed a 3-page online application for credit for a financing / equipment leasing company. The online form allows users to securely enter all information related to a request for a line of credit, storing the data in a database and sending a notification e-mail to credit personnel upon completion. The form was written in classic ASP using a Microsoft Access database.
